Dear friends of PPWK,

After three months of consultation through three public forums and numerous focus group meetings, People’s Panel on West Kowloon (PPWK) has drafted an alternative proposal for West Kowloon Cultural District. Danny Yung, convenor of PPWK, will present the proposal in the fourth PPWK forum. Local think tanks, such as SynergyNet, Hong Kong Policy Research Institute and Civic Exchange will send representatives to participate in the discussion of the draft proposal with all participants. We would now like to invite you to participate in this forum to contribute your comments on the draft proposal. Here are the details of the forum:
