Since 2005, mindVan has been in close cooperation with Victorinox Swiss Army Knife Hong Kong and China. From daily information technology IT professional services to mission critical systems implementation like the deployment of enterprise resources planning system ERP and after-sales customer services system, mindVan does not only apply professional knowledge and experiences on IT projects but also understand business requirements ranging from logistics, marketing to accounting operation work-flows, such that the goals of the solutions offered can tightly align with overall objectives of the corporation as a whole.

• 2005/03: Started offering IT services for Victorinox Hong Kong and China, managing their IT infrastructure and support their daily IT needs
• 2005/08: Deployed the open-source ERP mindVan for Victorinox China, with the features of calculating VAT (value-added tax) and COGS (cost of goods sold) for mainland China market
• 2007/11: - the extended application of - was adopted in Victorinox Hong Kong customer services centre, and then later to all the retailing shops in Hong Kong, for managing the after-sales customer services offered to their customers
• 2008/10: was deployed in Victorinox China
• 2009/05: Victorinox Hong Kong started to use as their electronic directing marketing EDM engine, on which they can send e-newsletters to their VIPs periodically and then monitor their VIPs' response on their marketing efforts
• 2010/09: mindVan was appointed by the German ERP vendor Comarch as the sole solution partner in Hong Kong, and started ERP upgrade project for Victorinox Hong Kong and China

• 2011/09: Integrated ERP with the global point-of-sales POS system Retail Pro hosted in Victorinox Swiss head-quarter

• Deploy ERP system to Victorinox Taiwan
• Extend backend database engine to main-stream database management system like Microsoft SQL Server
