You would have noticed that PPWK had submitted our proposal on "Re-defining West Kowloon" to the government on 29 June 2005 and reiterated the essence of our proposal in a meeting with the Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Rafael Hui on 30 Septermber 2005.

The government in return has sent to us an email attached with a document named "A Proposal to Establish the HK Culture and Creativity Trust (HKCCT)"

We've collected much feedback since the release of “Re-defining West Kowloon” Proposal. The Proposal has now been refined into version 2 and submitted to the government on 29 June 2005, a day before the end of the public consultation for WKCD.
