Dear friends of PPWK,

We've collected many feedbacks since the release of “Re-defining West Kowloon” proposal in February. We are honored to invite Dr Stephen Chan Ching-Kiu, Department of Cultural Studies at Lingnan University , and his teammates to incorporate all points into Gist of “Re-defining West Kowloon”. You may read the text version which we've attached in this email, or you may go to the following web pages to download a three-page leaflet of the gist.

Please endorse the gist of “Re-defining West Kowloon” proposal by sending the reply slip back to PPWK via fax (2838 7527) or email ( contact@ppwk.org .) We will report the progress of endorsement campaign regularly.

The complete version of the proposal will be done in mid-May. We will send the latest copy to all members as soon as possible
